Notice Concerning Determination of Date of Change in Trade Name and Relocation of Headquarters, Etc.

YJ Card Corporation (Head office: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Satoshi Ando; hereinafter the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Yahoo Japan Corporation (President and Representative Director, CEO: Kentaro Kawabe), has resolved in its Board of Directors meeting held today, that the date of change in its trade name to PayPay Card Corporation shall take effect on October 1, 2021 (Fri.) and that the headquarters will be relocated on the same date. Please note that this resolution is subject to the approval of the “Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation” in the Company’s shareholders meeting. In addition, the Fukuoka Head Office will be relocated on the same date as follows.

1. Change in trade name
(1) Old trade name: YJ Card Corporation
(2) New trade name: PayPay Card Corporation
*As announced in “Integration of Financial Service Brands in the Z Holdings Group and Changes in the Trade Names of Consolidated Subsidiaries” dated July 31, 2020

2. Change in location of headquarters
(1) Old location: 3-4-2, Hakata-ekimae, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka
(2) New location: 1-3 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

3. Change in location of Fukuoka Head Office
(1) Old location: 3-4-2, Hakata-ekimae, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka
(2) New location: 4-21-16, Hakata-ekimae, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka

4. Date of change
October 1, 2021 (Fri.)

Please note that “Yahoo! JAPAN Credit Card,” provided by YJ Card Corporation, will continue to be available after the change in the trade name.
